Jessica Truman and Austin Jones, who work in dietary at Memorial Hospital, did just that a few months ago.
Truman and Jones stayed at the hospital through a snowstorm, even sleeping in the office, to make sure patients and staff were taken care of the next day.
Faced with a staffing shortage and several call-ins due to the snow, Jessica and Austin led a small team to prepare and serve food in the cafeteria as well as prepare meal trays for inpatients.
