Parking Information

Parking for the first 29 minutes is free and then a $1.00 per half hour with a maximum charge of $4.00 for all day parking. Users may pay for parking upon exiting the parking area with a debit or credit card. 

Closed circuit TV and intercom boxes are available at the exit gates so customers may communicate with security. 

Discounted parking passes can be purchased in books of 10 for $20, which allows you to park 10 times in the visitor garage for only $2 per visit, regardless of how long you stay. To purchase parking passes, visit security at the information desk in the main lobby.  

Valet parking is also available at the main entrance during regular business hours for a $7 fee.

Users may pay for parking inside the hospital at designated kiosks or upon exiting the parking area. 

You can now pay at the visitor parking exit with credit card or cash. Upper lot exits accept cash or credit cards. Lower lot exit accepts credit cards only. 

To pay inside, take parking ticket with you. As you leave the building, use ticket to pay at parking kiosk in lobby before returning to vehicle. Follow payment instructions using cash, credit or debit cards. Insert your paid ticket at the gate to exit the parking garage. 

Parking kiosks are located in lobbies of:  

• CAMC Memorial Hospital - next to the information/ registration desk (accepts cash or credit card)
• Heart and Vascular Center (accepts credit card only) 
• Medical Staff Office Building (accepts cash or credit card)
